Betrieblichen Sozialen Arbeit auseinander. Der empirische Zugang basiert auf
einer Befragung von Betrieblichen Sozialberatungen in der Deutschschweiz und in
Deutschland zu deren Aufgaben und Profilen. Hinzu kommt eine qualitativ
angelegte Fallstudie, die Strategien, Wahrnehmungen und Praktiken einer Betrieblichen
Sozialberatung am Beispiel eines Schweizer Großunternehmens in den Blick nimmt.
Auf dieser empirischen Grundlage sowie der Erfahrung aus einem kooperativen
Entwicklungsprojekt und mit Bezugnahme auf eine allgemeine Theorie der Sozialen
Arbeit wird ein Vorschlag zur Konzeption, Positionierung und inhaltlichen
Gestalt der Betrieblichen Sozialen Arbeit ausgearbeitet.
