Ansätze zur Implementierung einer erfolgsorientierte Vergütungsform können derzeit nur über Modellprojekte oder Vorhaben der integrierten Versorgung realisiert werden, da eine flächendeckende Umsetzung an der aktuellen Gesetzeslage scheitert (vgl.
