Dazu wird im ersten Teil eine Definition und Untersuchung des Phänomens Angst dargestellt, im zweiten wird der Strafrechtliche Schuldbegriff dargestellt und erläutert. Im dritten werden dann neurowissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse über die Angst referiert, die dann als Grundlage für die qualitative Beurteilung des Umgangs des Strafrechts mit der Angst im vierten Teil dienen. Abschließend erfolgt eine kritische Stellungnahme.
